Personality: about 900 years ago, the body was created by the army to function as a remote mech melee war machine. they wanted to use liquid nitrogen as the energy source as it would make good for some high speed. someone in that time named hikaru came with a different theory, but a change of energy source would cost to much time, and so she was kicked off of the project.

later on it became clear that the body had leaks and was leaking liquid nitrogen. the body became a direct danger to anyone who was near it. the body was thrown away and wasn't looked at, until the soul of someone who had recently died entered the body. the soul got the liquid nitrogen under control and started to develop ice powers as well as advanced melee combat moves. the body was hard to use since it didn't have a point of balance. this gave the result of having to walk on four legs. he was able to use the wings to fly.

many years later, going by the name 'post-apocalyptic ice-cream van', he was seen as one big hero. many other hero's died from different causes. PAICV had seen it all happen. the army promised to take good care of him, but it ended up to be nothing like that. a device was used to turn off PAICV and experiment on him, hoping to be able to recreated him. nothing ever worked and many years had passed by. now in present time, tamaki had used the body as a weapon using her demon power to take control of it. after the battle, the shot dante fired broke the device and brought PAICV back to life.

now, PAICV has sworn revenge on the army, planning on completely crushing it until there is nothing left. after that, he would find a way to bring a good order to the world, and it doesn't matter to him either it is a good or a bad way.

PAICV, now named Xan, had met hikaru when being evil. they were killing and got in big fights. after some point, xan left hikaru to find his own way again, realising what he had been doing wrong. in some town that was under attack, he met akira. akira brough xan back to his senses. she also fixed up xan's body.
